About Will
Will Gray is a freshman linebacker at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where he wears #44 for the Firebirds.
He was a three-year varsity starter in football and baseball at West Aurora High School, lining up at middle and outside linebacker in the fall and pitching and playing the outfield in the spring. He earned academic all-conference honors in both sports his junior and senior years and was a National Honor Society member.
At Carthage he is studying finance.

Signing with Carthage
Will signed with Carthage on February 4, 2026, at West Aurora High School's signing day, then visited campus for a photo shoot in Firebirds uniforms.
Where it started
Before West Aurora, Will came up through the Aurora Gators youth football program, a program that has been an important part of his life. When he committed to Carthage, the program shared this graphic to celebrate.
